We strive to ensure you love your designer pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn Indian ethnic wear. Please ensure all original tags and packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Place the unused kurta sets or dresses in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, embroidery protectors, and invoices are included.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours through our trusted logistics partners.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
